A little bit about me
It all started in high school. I saw that many people were suffering from diseases that are preventable and reversible with dietary changes. So, I wanted to become a “food doctor’, a registered dietitian.
I decided to fly across the world to study nutrition and dietetics in Los Angeles, California from Hong Kong, China. I finally became a registered dietitian and was so excited to change the world. But as I was working as a dietitian, I realized that there’s a big emphasis on managing type 2 diabetes rather than reversing it. That did not align with me.
When I started helping people reverse type 2 diabetes with science-based plant-based nutrition, I was astonished. People started to have normal blood sugar levels, lower their A1C drastically and even get off diabetic medications. They would beam everytime they share how good and energetic they feel.
I knew that the world needed to know this. I am dedicated to educate the world. I then decided to pursue my Masters in Public Health, specializing in community education.
I decided to start my own nutrition coaching practice to help people all around the world to reverse type 2 diabetes in 2020. I had the honor to help hundreds of people reverse their type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance. My dream is coming true.
My mission is to make type 2 diabetes a rare disease one day.

A: We have a completely online program so we're able to see clients from anywhere in the world.

Q: Do I have to give up meat or animal products to reverse type 2 diabetes?
A: No you don't! In fact, 90% of our clients do a blended approach where they eat both whole plant foods and animal products. We personalize this lifestyle so that it is sustainable for you.

Q: I struggled with Yo-yo dieting and emotional eating. Can this help me?
A: Absolutely. A good majority of our clients used to struggle with these issues as well. That's why we emphasize a lot on mindset-rewiring and on building a healthy relationship with food. That way, you can end dieting forever. Many of our clients share that this is the most 'freeing' thing they have done :)

Q: Do you take insurance?
A: Because our goals are not aligned with most insurance companies or pharmaceutical companies, we don't take insurance. However, we do take HSA/ FSA cards.
